For Informa Markets Latam events, during the assembly and disassembly period, we will have a specific security badge for these periods: Security/Assembly and Security/Disassembly.

The Security/Assembly credential is more affordable, but can only be used during assembly and must be exchanged on the last day of the event for the Security/Disassembly credential.

Please note that the conventional security pass will continue to be required for the event. Credentials for use during the event have a different cost.

The Security/Assembly credential will not be able to access the event during the event.

Important:

In order to pick up the credentials, either the security/assembly credential or the credential for use during the event, it is mandatory to present the necessary documents as described in the Exhibitor Manual (Item 4.5):

✅ Security guard documentation (plain Xerox):

• Presentation of the security guard's documents, followed by a simple Xerox: training course, refresher course (training for more than two years), ID, CPF and certificate of antecedents;
• Service contract between the exhibitor and the security company or letter on the exhibitor's letterhead, stating the name of the company and the security guard who will be providing the service;
• Company presentation letter (letterhead of the contracted company), containing the details of the security guard who will be providing the service and the name of the exhibitor. The letter must be presented by the security company, with their respective registration details, the details of the security guard who will be providing the service, including name, ID, CPF and contact telephone number, and the name of the exhibiting company;
• Security certificate and company operating authorization valid for one year (plain Xerox).

Both credentials are now available for purchase in E-commerce on the Customer Portal: https://portal.informamarkets.com.br/ which has been extended and will close on MAY 13TH (Tuesday), punctually at 6pm (Brasília time).
